How to Place an Order

Ordering from Pentrex is as simple as logging on to our website, picking up the phone, sending a quick FAX, or dropping us a note by mail.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Pentrex produces over 180 DVDs and occasionally distributes DVDs produced by others. Our best efforts are always made to maintain inventory. However, should we be out of stock on an item, we will process your order as soon as possible and notify you of any delay. (Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.) In the event we elect to ship part of your order now and the rest later, you will not be charged more for shipping than the amount originally quoted.
  • DVDs:
    • United States: $6.00 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item to each mailing address. Our standard shipping method is U.S. Postal Service, First Class Priority Mail. Shipping via United Parcel Service Ground is available on request at no additional charge. Rush (air) shipping via UPS is available at extra cost; please call us at (800) 950-9333 for pricing.

    • Canada: $14.00 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item. Our standard shipping method is U.S. Postal Service, Airmail.

    • All other countries: $17.00 for the first item plus $4.00 for each additional item. Our standard shipping method is U.S. Postal Service, Airmail. Surface mail is no longer available.

    • California State Sales Tax: California residents please add 9% sales tax.

      Please note: Multiple-DVD sets which are offered at a combination price count as one item.



Forms of Payment

Pentrex customers may use the following forms of payment:
  • United States: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal Express, money order, or check.

  • Canada and Mexico: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal Express, Postal money order, or check drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars only.

  • All other countries: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, PayPal Express, or International money order.
Orders received with other forms of payment may be delayed or returned. All orders prepaid, please. Pentrex will not ship orders on a C.O.D. basis, nor will we invoice you for payment at a later date. California residents, please include 9% sales tax.

A service fee will be charged for checks returned to us by your bank.

On credit card orders, we do not charge your card until the order is actually shipped.

  • Defective Products: Please return the defective item within 30 days of purchase to our office. Be sure to include a brief description of the problem, your name and address, and your telephone number.

  • Exchanges and Returns: If you are dissatisfied for any reason, exchanges, returns for credit, or refunds - less shipping and handling fees - may also be made within 30 days of purchase date. Please return the item to our office, in original condition, along with the return label that accompanied your order and your telephone number. If you do not have your return label, be sure to include your name and complete address. Please include the reason for dissatisfaction and your instructions to us regarding the return. For exchanges, please include complete information about the item you would like to receive in exchange for the returned product, along with payment to cover any additional product cost and shipping/handling charges.
