How to Place an Order


Ordering from Pentrex is as simple as logging on to our website, picking up the phone, or dropping us a note by mail.
  • Online: Browse our online catalog and place orders using our Secure Server. The store is open 24/7!
  • By Phone: 1-800-950-9333 Call day or night 24/7!
  • By Mail: Send your mail orders to PENTREX, P.O. Box 22283, Indianapolis, IN 46222. If you've placed items in your shopping cart while browsing online, you may print out the shopping cart page and use it as an order form.


Shipping and Handling Charges


Pentrex/Highball produces over 700 DVDs and 80 Blu-rays.

  • United States: $6.00 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item to each mailing address. Our standard shipping method is U.S. Postal Service, First Class Mail on ALL orders. DVD orders of over 4 units (or over 15.99 ounces) ship USPS Media Mail. We are working on alternative services such as Priority Mail, FedEx and UPS options and expect to offer those capabilities in several months.
  • Canada: $14.00 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item.
  • All other countries: $17.00 for the first item plus $4.00 for each additional item.
  • Indiana & California Sales Tax: Indiana residents please add 7.00% sales tax. California residents please add 7.25% sales tax.
  • Please note: Multiple-DVD sets which are offered at a combination price count as one item.


Forms of Payment

Pentrex customers may use the following forms of payment:
  • MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal Express, money order, or check*.

  • Indiana & California Sales Tax: Indiana residents please add 7.00% sales tax. California residents please add 7.25% sales tax.
Orders received with other forms of payment may be delayed or returned. All orders prepaid, please. Pentrex will not ship orders on a C.O.D. basis, nor will we invoice you for payment at a later date. Indiana & California residents please include sales tax.

*Shipments will be held for five days when payment is made with a personal check. A service fee will be charged for checks returned to us by your bank.

Video Formats

Our DVDs have no region code; they can be played in NTSC DVD players worldwide. Blu-ray's also are region free, but they can only play in a Blu-ray player.

  • Defective Products: Please return the defective item within 30 days of purchase to our office. Be sure to include a brief description of the problem, your name and address, and your telephone number.

  • Exchanges and Returns: If you are dissatisfied for any reason, exchanges, returns for credit, or refunds - less shipping and handling fees - may also be made within 30 days of purchase date. Please return the item to our office, in original condition, along with the return label that accompanied your order and your telephone number. If you do not have your return label, be sure to include your name and complete address. Please include the reason for dissatisfaction and your instructions to us regarding the return. For exchanges, please include complete information about the item you would like to receive in exchange for the returned product, along with payment to cover any additional product cost and shipping/handling charges.
